In start with new client, we only charge freight for samples. Once business is started with customer, after that we provide samples totally free of cost.

Freight, Shipping & Handling Charges is depend on Volume of order & courier/cargo service. MOQ depends upon product style and material, but we assure you that we are very flexbile with MOQ.

All orders are accepted on our given Article Numbers on this website, or on Our Catalogue. Further customers design and counter samples are also produced within very short time frame. Customer specified design is always secret.

Our policy about payment is ADVANCE PAYMENT or L/C. Below than USD 3000 is always advance payment to avoid extra charges from both sides. If the payment is more than USD 3000, we can agree on 50% advance and 50% before one week prior to shipping. We also work on Letter of Credit.

We also work on credit with those customers who already have done some orders with us. 

We are always ready to produce new products according to modern techniques and our client's requirements. So you can forward us your master samples/drawings enabling us to make goods according to your demand or designs.

We always do written agreement with our clients to supply their designed goods only to them.

Our Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only, in such case product will be repaired or replaced, but some terms & conditions are applied. You have to inform us within 3 to 4 days after receiving the goods with complete details and pictures.
